We believe that talent should never be limited by background or circumstance. We choose candidates using three key criteria: motivation for a career in hospitality, financial need, and academic eligibility.

You may be eligible for a scholarship if you meet the criteria.
Academic Requirements
Applicants must meet the academic requirements defined by the relevant schools and programs. Additional requirements depend on programs.
- Minimum age of 17.5 years at the time of application
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Required level of English proficiency
Socio-Economic Eligibility
Applicants facing financial, social, or structural barriers may qualify if they meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Being supported by a United Nations program agency (UNESCO, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNWTO, etc.)
- Beneficiate of social support programs funded by governments, local authorities, businesses, or foundations
- Have refugee or asylum seeker status
- Face barriers due to disability
- Being recipients of a secondary school merit-based or general scholarship
- Beneficiate for a state or federal education grant
- Originate from a country listed as "Least Developed" by the United Nations, with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, India, and China
- Demonstrate financial need
Hospitality Motivation
We value students who demonstrate a genuine interest in the hospitality sector. Candidates should show:
- A clear passion for hospitality, service, or people-centered professions
- Motivation to pursue a career in hospitality
- Evidence of commitment, such as volunteering, work experience, school projects, or personal initiatives related to hospitality

This Master’s program equips future leaders with the operational, strategic, and managerial skills needed to thrive in global hospitality. Executive Master of Advanced Studies in International Hotel Management

This Master of Advanced Studies is purpose-designed to be studied alongside your current professional role. Delivered through a flexible blend of online learning, weekly tutorials, and optional on-campus sessions, the 9-month program covers six modules ranging from leadership, marketing, finance, and revenue management to entrepreneurship, sustainability, and crisis management.

Can I apply if I don’t have formal hospitality education yet?
Yes, motivation and potential matter more than past degrees.
How are my tuition fees paid?
The Foundation acts as a corporate sponsor, meaning that all tuition and academic fees covered by the scholarship are paid directly to the partner institutions (such as Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse, or Indian School of Hospitality). You will not be required to make payments yourself for the elements covered by your scholarship.
Is knowledge of English required?
Yes, most programs are taught in English. Language support may be available.
How often can I apply?
We open new scholarship calls once or twice per year depending on intake cycles.
What does the scholarship cover ?
The scholarship covers full tuition and academic fees, accommodation (single or double room depending on availability), and full board. Please note that travel expenses, as well as room and board during internships, are not included.
What happens if I stop the program supported by the Foundation?
Scholarship recipients are expected to complete their program. If a student decides to withdraw or fails to meet the program’s requirements, the scholarship agreement may be terminated. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and transparency.
